With over 45 years of experience in construction and more than 60 commercial and residential buildings completed, the Interphoton Group, through its subsidiary INTERSTRUCTURE, restarted the development of newly built residences in the northern suburbs of Athens in 2021.

The first project completed and delivered in May 2024 is Phlya Residences in the Halandri area.

Currently, the following buildings are under construction:
